Do you offer free local pick up?

Yes! We are located in Yamba NSW. Just select 'local pick-up' at check-out if you prefer to save on shipping costs. We will respond by email with further information.

We also arrange pick-up points in Byron Bay, NSW, every few weeks. Just select 'local pick-up' at check-out and let's chat via email.

What is your turn around time?

Our playdough is freshly home made, ensuring that you receive the freshest product possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Once it has been sent, it can take approximately 5 working days to be delivered.

Do you offer refunds?

As playdough is a perishable product. We cannot offer returns or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problem with your order.

within AUSTRALIA:

We currently ship with Australia Post. Freight depends on the weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated on your check out.

for INTERNATONAL shipping:

Unfortunately we don't ship overseas yet, but we are working on it!
